Every salon name has a purpose — it’s more than just a brand, it’s a reflection of who you are. Akya is very close to my heart. It represents me as a mom. The name comes from my daughter, and it reminds me every day why I work so hard and strive to grow. There’s nothing more special than hearing her say, “Mama, I like this transformation.” Her little compliments mean the world to me and push me to give my absolute best in everything I do. I couldn’t think of a more meaningful name… it was always Akya. My daughter can’t pronounce her full name yet, so she calls herself Akya — and that’s where the story began 🤍 Akya Hair Salon — built with love, purpose, and passion.
